Tanning the Candy way
Candy's mobile spray tan system uses Tantrick, one of the finest sunless tanning solutions available on the market which doesn't streak or turn orange. The self tanning solution is applied by gently airbrushing it onto the skin using our state of the art spray tanning machine. Instantly you'll notice your skin has taken on a beautiful hue as your tan starts to develop, leaving you with a gorgeous sun-kissed glow.
Light or Dark?
Just like your skin, our tanning solutions are not limited to one shade, giving you the flexibility to go as dark or as light as you wish. We'll advise you on the best tan solution to suit your hair and eye colour, and tanning ability. Other brands (you know who you are!) are limited to just ONE shade - leaving their customers with the wrong shade of tan!
Mobile Tanning
Mobile spray tanning is the perfect indoor tanning method without having to leave your home, or carry spare clothing when you visit a spray tan booth or tanning salon. In addition, with airbrush tanning you can achieve an even and consistent self tan compared to spray tan booths as the tan is hand applied ensuring all parts of the body are covered.

Tantrick Spray Tan Solutions
Our Tantrick spray tanning solutions contains DHA (Dihydroxyacetone) which is a compound of sugar that reacts to the outer layers of your skin and produces that delicious wonderful glow. The solutions come in a variety of shades to suit different skin tones, and all are based on natural ingredients and untested on animals. Standard spray tanning strength starts from 5% for very fair skin, and goes up to 14% for Mediterranean and olives skin types. Occasionally clients may request a darker solution, which we can provide.

Spray Tanning Parties
Spray tanning parties have become huge over the last few years as clients demand more ingenious ways to spice up the night. Candy's mobile spray tan service is a brilliant addition to any corporate event, hen party, birthday party, or girlie night in. Host a spray tan party (or any other party!) and book a session for 5 guests, and the hostess gets her tan for free!
On the Day
We will arrive at the designated premises with all the equipment and solutions, all we require is a couple of m2 of floor space to erect our mobile tent (this is to catch any overspray and to protect your property) and a spare socket. Clients will be required to strip, keeping their briefs on. It is advisable to wear an old or dark coloured thong. Some clients want to avoid tan lines and strip completely naked - it is completely up to you! The tanning application will take approximately 5-10 mins, we will be in and out in approximately 20 mins.

Spray Tan FAQs
Here are some helpful hints and tips to help you prepare and look after your tan!
BEFORE your tan
DO lightly exfoliate you whole body 24 hours before treatment, especially elbows, knees, heels and any area of hard skin. Lightly moisturise the skin afterwards.
DON'T have a shower immediately before treatment - DHA is more compatible on slightly acidic skin.
DON'T shave or wax 24 hours before treatment.
DO completely remove make-up, cosmetics, jewellery and all clothing.
DO wear loose clothing to avoid rubbing off and uneven tanning.
DO wear dark or old underwear (Tantrick can be washed out but can stain nylon) and protect leather seats.
AFTER your tan
DON'T shower or take excessive exercise for at least 6 hours after treatment. Don't bathe for 24 hours after treatment.
DON'T shave for at least 12 hours after treatment as this has a similar effect to exfoliating.
DO pumice soles of feet to remove staining.
DO avoid exfoliating the whole body after the sunless tan as this would fade the tan faster.
DON'T use exfoliating facial washes or toner on the face or at least 24 hours after treatment.
DO lightly exfoliate any areas of dry skin (i.e. heels/elbows) as tan fades to ensure these areas fade evenly.
DO moisturise your skin daily for long lasting tan.
DO use suitable suntan lotion when in the sun as your spray tan will offer no protection from UV rays.
DO have regular top up sessions as this will build and extend the life of your tan, some skin types may need more than others, to obtain a darker tan, repeat treatment after the original application has developed.
